Very spacious and clean rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The only downside is the location, if you're planning to visit the university area, it's not within walking distance. You'll need a car or taxi to get around.

This is a sweet area with very kind people! I wouldn’t call it a hotel because it’s set up in a dormitory style facility. The water in the shower stays lukewarm (no hot/cold adjustment) and there are no robes as pictured.

The hotel has a great feel to it. It was our first stay here and we would definitely stay there again. We had a warm welcome and an explanation of how the hotel worked and what time breakfast worked in the morning . The overall experience was positive. The hotel looks newly built and is tastefully designed and decorated in the MCM style, which we appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The main king-size bed was excellent, but the additional sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. My 20-year-old son had a terrible night and suffered from back pain for a few days. Overall, it was a good experience, but don’t ask my son about it! Or, if you’re looking for a more comfortable stay, consider getting two rooms instead of one.

It’s a nice enough hotel but it’s a 45 minute walk from town on a new mixed development site and to charge £20 to park there (short term airport rates) is too much. The rooms are spacious and painted blue of all colours… our carpet was covered in brown stains and the painting hadn’t been finished. We arrived back after a night out at 22:35 to find all three bars were now shut. So goodnight Hyatt Centric, won’t bother with breakfast or coming back.
