Very clean room and as new condition. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine all included and a small kitchen that has everything needed for a short stay. The location is also 2nd to none, 80m to Woolworths and cable car and 150m to waterfront restaurants and museums. Will stay again

Positioned city centre makes it a very convenient place to stay. The staff were helpful especially when we were checking out. The room was well appointed and relatively new. The bedroom area is however a little cramped.

Super Lage direkt an der Standseilbahn, eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner auf jedem Zimmer (!), nettes Personal. Etwas verwinkelter Zugang zum sehr engen Parkhaus, aber insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Our stay was very pleasant. The lobby is up on 4 on a busy street, but once you have that figured out – it’s a great location, in the heart of Wellington’s CBD. We were steps from the Wellington Cable Car, which gives you access to the Botanical Garden and Zealandia. Te Papa was a 15-minute walk away. I don’t know if they have food at the hotel, but we didn’t really check as there was loads of dining nearby. The hotel communication was great – they answered our questions beforehand and even offered to set up a bed in the additional room for our son. The in-room washer and dryer unit was handy for laundry. Rooms were spacious, clean, and climate-controlled; beds were comfy; hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent stay and we'd definitely stay here again.

Oerhört centralt läge. Fräsch och bra lägenhet med både kylskåp, Micro. Spisplatta och tvättmaskin. Tjejen i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Finns också parkering mot en avgift på 25 nz dollar per dygn. Väldigt smalt att ta dig upp och ner med en lite större bil. Svårt att hitta ingången till hotellet då det bara står en liten skylt mot gatan och själva hotellet är flera våningar upp.

TV didn’t go, phoned and no one showed, tried to leave early couldn’t get into carpark, wasn’t told to hang onto room key to depart. And was put in a wheel chair access room, which I didn’t request.

Pleasant stay, room was nice and well equipped. Clean and modern. Reception service great. Only thing I missed was having a restaurant as part of the facility, but there were heaps of nice places to eat in easy walking distance.

This hotel is very convenient to the waterfront, cable car and shopping/restaurants. Everything is walkable. We had a studio room, and having the washer/dryer in the room was nice. With all that said, there is no lobby in this hotel, and “reception” is literally a desk on the 4th floor. You literally have to follow a two page set of instructions provided by the hotel in order to park and then find your way back to the hotel. It’s not easy. Lastly, by 3:30pm, our room still had not been made up. After calling the desk they did bring us fresh towels and emptied our garbage. The service could have been much better.
