Buenas instalaciones - piscinas, entretenimiento y zonas para estar en la playa, pero la limpieza podría mejorar mucho (había una cucaracha muerta en el suelo en el segundo día, nos quedamos 6 días y allí se quedó todos los días). La comida es buena en el The Grill y en el buffet pero en los demás restaurantes tienen muy pocas opciones a elegir y son un poco regulares. La mampara de nuestra habitación olía muy mal y aunque les pedimos que lo revisasen, no lo hicieron. Las almohadas cada día tenían peor olor y no las cambiaron hasta que les llamamos (ya en el 4° día) y les pedimos que las cambiaran ya que solo nos quedaba 1 que se podría usar (de 6). El personal ha sido muy amable.

I was very nervous booking through Expedia for this trip but it was very helpful to book both the stay and flights in one! The only thing I added on was transport to the airport and I strongly suggest having that booked (we used DAT). Excellence was absolutely amazing. All of the staff are friendly and make sure guests are satisfied and have a drink in their hand! There are so many options of things to do during the day around the pool, at the gym and at night. You truly do not need to leave the resort to have a good time (but they have a lot of excursion options if you wanted to leave that pick you up right at the resort). All of the food was delicious. No stomach issues at all. They provided bottled water all throughout the resort as well. Drinks were amazing - they could really make anything you wanted and they have waiters and waitresses walking around at all times to make sure you don’t need a refill. The resort was spotless, staff cleaning around the clock to ensure that. Room service was amazing with a very vast menu available 24/7! When we wanted our room cleaned they did an amazing job. Also they have a safe in the room for your belongings. This was the best stay I have ever had!

This place is top tier! Easy to walk around the grounds, absolutely beautiful. Great pool, beach. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE and workers. Shoutout to Jose in entertainment, Oswaldo, and Jonathan who waited on us throughout the day as well. LAS OLAS has tacos, nachos, burgers, cheese fries, cake everything you could look for with a beach view. and all the other restaurants are amazing!!! The grill has salmon steak. You can get pizza and tacos by the pool served by the Italian restaurant. 10/10!! My boyfriend is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts and all nuts and we worry about that everywhere we go. There wasn’t a nut symbol on their menus, would be the only complaint, but they did not have many items with nuts which was amazing. Room service was pretty good as well. Always spots by the beach, amazing swim up bar. The drinks are all consistent tasting! Anyone who makes your drink will do a GREAT JOB. Make sure to tip the amazing staff!!! anything you need, they will ask if you need help, amazing grounds. Not many vendors in the beach so you can relax. I will definitely be back. Love love love it here!

We had a fantastic time at Excellence Punta Cana. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable, excellent bed and pillows, the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. The restaurants and food were excellent. The beach and ocean were beautiful.

The property was wonderful and clean. However, it was quit boring. The entertainment closed around 12am. They had no party. If you are looking for a quiet vacation it is just for you but it you want something a bit more lively I would recommend somewhere else. Everyone was nice and I felt very safe.
