We loved Dauville, the hotel was average for the amount charged. Beds were too small with only a bath and shower hose, we were not given the option of a full shower. Position was good with easy parking available. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No safe available in the room

A classy gem in Deauville

Our three night stay in Villa Augeval was thoroughly enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the view of racing stables from our room - the clip-clop of hooves being such an unusual background sound. Breakfast was very satisfying with a variety of fare on offer. The location was very pleasant and only a 12 minute stroll from Deauville town centre. So interesting to find a brocante on our first morning; apparently this outdoor antique market is held on the last Saturday of every month.

Very nice

Nice hotel in Deauville. Clean and cozy room with patio. Hotel has also a nice pool area. There is not much bad to day, however sound proofing wasn't the best ie we could hear the noise from the corridoor to our room quite clearly, although it didn't continue too late. All in all very nice experience and very good spot for hotel to travel and visit different places accross Normandy.

Unimprovable!

We booked a last-minute mini-break to Deauville, one of my favourite towns, and since I always stayed at a crappy hotel while staying there during the film festival, we picked this hotel at more or less random. Here were some of the things we liked about it: - brilliant location, a few hundred meters from the beach, short pleasant walk to town centre - good pool, with baby pool for kids - jacuzzi in the bathtub - good water pressure - balcony (where you can smoke) - lovely tables in the garden - helpful staff - decent breakfast (not the cheapest in town, but not the most expensive either) I would definitely pick this hotel again when we return to Deauville, which we will as soon as humanly possible!

Vi var meget kede af hverken at få badekar eller altan/terrasse. Alle billederne af superior-værelserne havde altan/terrasse, på nær vores. Vi havde udelukkende valgt et superior-værelse med forventningen om at der var et udendørsareal. Vi blev blankt afvist på at få et andet værelse. Det påvirkede vores ferie meget at der ikke var et udendørs areal til os - den eneste løsning var en terrasse der var aflåst. Mega øv. Desuden var morgenmaden MEGET dyr og meget begrænset. Derudover blev poolen ikke gjort ren og der var fuglelort på bunden. Øv.
