Breakfast paid for as part of my Hotels.com booking staying at Holiday Inn Bristol but Holiday Inn claimed that breakfast was not included as far as they were concerned so refused this on the morning of checking out. This was a business trip so didn't have time to argue on the day as we needed to get on on and out. Phoned Hotels.com later to query and they claimed it was an admin issue within Holiday Inn. All in all, annoying and frustrating and no apologies.
