Nice hotel and really attentive staff. Room was spacious and well appointed albeit tired and in need of updating, as well as a little dusty in places and the fruit had clearly been there several days or longer…. That said the facilities were good, it’s really well located and lots to do nearby. Just check when booking that it includes breakfast and parking - these were 2 primary reasons for choosing this venue over others and both the hotel tried to charge us for - this was resolved but only after producing my original booking with hotels.com Would I return? Yes - the staff were extremely pleasant.

The room was everything we needed for a night in Stratford Upon Avon. The hotel is central and walking distance of dining, shops and attractions. The reception welcomed us and showed us directly to our room which was a nice touch. Staff were very nice. The rooms are spacious although a little creaky. We could hear the guests above us walking around of an evening and morning. Bed and bedding very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay with the best part being the convenience of location.
