Não percebi nada sujo. Forneceram shampoo, sabonete, e papel higiênico. Recepção excelente, todos os 3 recepcionistas muito bons. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a TV que estava com um risco grosseiro que deixava a imagem muito ruim. Se não fosse isso, daria 5 estrelas. Talvez você tenha mais sorte com a TV do seu quarto.

O quarto é pequeno, o telefone da recepção não estava funcionando, não havia secador de cabelo no banheiro e nem disponível para uso, o box do banheiro é muito pequeno. Como o hotel não serve café da manhã, você precisa pagar a parte, o café no qual foi pago por fora da diária veio frio, não veio intenso que havia sido selecionados e o bolo que mandaram estava mofado. Quando informado na recepção, apenas agradeceram por informar, e não tomaram nenhuma atitude, saímos do hotel sem o café da manhã . Precisa melhorar muitas coisas.

Hotel péssimo. Eu não esperava que fosse bom. Mas foi muito pior que eu imaginei. Quarto muito pequeno, precisando de manutenção. Colchão de péssima qualidade, com uma vala no meio. Banheiro bem pequeno. Cheguei a ficar 15 minutos esperando o funcionário da noite abrir o portão de garagem para eu sair.

Requer atenção no conforto.

A opção foi devido voo no aeroporto do Galeão. Na ida achei distante, praticamente no final da ilha, mas o trajeto para acessar a via para o aeroporto foi bem mais rápida. A chegada do 99 foi ótima, dentro do horario. Agora praticidade no hotel, escada para entrar, escadas para pegar o elevador; com mala grande é bem desconfortavel e o quarto, pequeno demais- abrir mala foi ginastica. Enfim, podem otimizar o quarto e incluir frigobar.

Nos atendeu bem para um pernoite.

Estive com minha esposa para apenas um pernoite. Não visitei o bar nem o terraço. O quarto é pequeno e não tem frigobar (eles vendem bebidas na recepção), mas estava limpo e o hotel é silencioso. Nos atendeu bem.
