Great location and general facilities. The area was quiet despite being in the middle of everything. The room was small but well laid out and equipped. There was black mold around the sink. My wife had a massage at the Spa and greatly enjoyed it. The staff top to bottom was incredibly friendly, generous, and attentive. Will be returning soon! The neighborhood is incredibly active with good nightlife options as well as easy access to public transportation.

Loved this hotel. The entire staff was courteous and friendly from the moment we arrived at the Andaz until we left. My room was cleaned daily and was comfortable quiet. The fitness room was pretty decent for something you'd find in a hotel. The rooftop bar/restaurant was perfect for a lazy evening. The Andaz is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to plenty of neighborhood restaurants and a beautiful park. I highly recommend the Andaz.

In addition, some of the rooms don’t have a proper bathroom, but a sink inside the room and a toilet divided from the sleeping area only by a glass door (no privacy!).
