Cordial and Clean hotel near Centro Historico

This is a wonderful little hotel! Super friendly staff(most speak English), super clean, and the comfortable rooms are tastefully decorated. We stayed 5 nights and walked or took an Uber (surprisingly affordable) to all the places we visited. The hotel offers a breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised that they served fresh fruit every morning, but also vegetables! The hotel is located a 15 minute walk directly out the door of the hotel, so it is easy to see all the historic center from this location. There is a subway stop one block from the hotel, and you cannot beat the 7 peso price. We would stay here again!

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is at walking distance to constitution plaza, about 15 mins. We feel safe even walking at night in this area. The hotel is located at a local bus terminal and major metro station, hence expect noise and crowds. Breakfast in the morning is great!

Hotel located not far from airport. Check in was quick, room size is quite large, TV must be over 50 inches. Quiet area at night. Bed are firm, breakfast is quite good include lots of fresh fruit and Mexican style breakfast.

It was just a bad timing to stay in this property since there was huge protests around Centro Histórico. School teachers were protesting against the government for better pay. Police blocked so many of the streets during their protests and created a kaos for traffic and for us to move around the city. I lost my first night stay in this hotel and had to check in in a nearby hotel at a more expensive rate. I was so disappointed. Next time I will stay away from centro histórico.

Absolutely nothing special

To us this hotel is far from exceptional. It's good but there is nothing special about it. Breakfast is good, not great. Rooms lack charm and basic items expected for a good hotel: noisy sink, noisy refrigerator, empty refrigerator with absolutely nothing in it, no kleenex tissue, noisy fan in the shower, uncomfortable beds. This is the most inaccurate rating I've ever seen in hotels.com

Very nice hotel close to the centre. Spacious room, clean and well equipped. However, lots of mosquitos in the room (the extra and free bonus?) may ruin the whole impression of spending the night there… ;(

Un muy buen hotel en una zona complicada pero céntrica, con todos los servicios pero destaco estacionamiento sin valet gratis y desayuno buffet incluido. La amabilidad y limpieza son caracteristicas. Tiene una especie de terraza con vista a la ciudad y excelente comida.
