Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.

A very convenient and nicely situated hotel. Free parking is the most important reason why we pick this hotel. Been to Liverpool many times, every time we have problems with the parking, spending time and money for that. Here the rent for one night for three ppl is only £29, and usually we have to pay at least £20-£25 for the day and overnight parking, so the hotel comes to be very cheap. Service is good, not too friendly for individual staff, reasonable clean, next to the dock, can see sunset if you are lucky. Will go back to this hotel every time if I am driving.

Badet er helt utdatert. Fraværende vanntrykk i dusjen - hvertfall hvis du vil ha varmt vann. Absolutt ingen lydisolering. Hører gjestene i naborommet, gang, utenfor og i etasjen under. Liten seng, ingen møbler eller kjøleskap på rommet. Dog var renholdet og personellet veldig bra. Sentralt i sentrum. Anbefales absolutt ikke - prismessig er nok andre alternativer bedre.

We have have left a day early due to the single beds giving us back ache if they had of been bigger single beds of even better king sized beds we would have stayed the extra night and day. Room very clean, small but good for a short stay , shower like been in a cabin on a ferry really tiny could do with updating.staff just the nicest you can get so friendly.bar great, food very good but small portions for the money. , bonus the free car parking. I have stayed here a few times now and will Defo be back.

The hotel is a good location, just 10min walk from Royal Albert Dock. The town is also not far if you don't mind a slightly longer walk or just a 5min taxi The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The hotel was fresh and tidy. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice with a good choice on offer at the buffet. Dinner is available however we didn't eat dinner at the hotel. Plenty of free parking which was a massive selling point to us.

Large amount of dust in corner by window. Room a little small toilet too low. Shower way too small couldn't use as disabled. Painting in hallway to room affected my asthma. Meat feast Pizza we ordered from the restaurant was disgusting. Cheap shop bought pizza which made me physically sick after. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 15-minute walk from the centre and close to bus stops. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The rooms are quite basic and the bathrooms are pretty small, but it didn’t bother me. We stayed over a weekend that seemed especially busy, as accommodation across town was quite expensive. This was one of the more affordable options, so while it felt a bit pricey for what we got, it was probably in line with everything else at the time.

Breakfast was as in a five star hotel. Copious and tasty. Cooked portions were warm. Hotel is situated along the water edge and a 10 minute walk to city centre. Staff were the most friendly, welcoming and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.
