Great hotel with fantastic services

Absolutely one of the very best hotels, thank you to Akhmet and the front desk lady. Great service great rooms. I left my phone one day inside the taxi , Akhmet helped me to recover my phone. Rooms were super clean, beds were super comfortable, housekeeping was top service. I will definitely stay again if I make a trip to Istanbul

First I walked into the room and I was supposed to have a non smoking room and the window was Peña nd the whole room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets did not fit the bed and the sheets looked very dirty. There is no spa, pool, or fitness center which is why I booked the hotel. The staff was okay, not too good but not bad either. They didn’t do anything special. Overall we made it work but I would NEVER stay in this hotel again

The hotel is in a good location. A lot of public transport is available. The room was cosy and clean. The only one thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit noisy. Even in the late night if someone walks through the common areas you can clearly hear and that somehow disturbs.

The hotel says it has swimming pool, but you have to pay separate fee to use it. Shuttle to the airport cost money 😔. There are limited restaurants and the one's we found has limited kids meals if any!

Bed Bug Hotel

This hotel ruined my life. Me and my sister got bed bugs and when we told the staff at the hotel about it, we were treated very badly. They were very rude, blamed us for bringing the bed bugs there and thought we should check out and leave. We stayed in room 3011 which turned out to have bed bugs. Would not recommend this hotel if it was free. Never stay here and spend the money on another accommodation instead.

I didn't like the fact that the toilet lid in bathroom would not stay up. I had to hold it up by hand or using my back to hold it up to use toilet. I told them three times to sort it out, they said they would but failed to do anything about it. Didn't even offer us another room. Very poor service.

Otel detaylarında odaların 25 metrekare olduğu belirtilmesine rağmen, bize verilen oda kesinlikle bu boyutta değildi. Daha önceki konaklamalarımda aynı özelliklerde ve fiyattaki odalarında d a kalmıştım; fakat bu sefer bana tahsis edilen 2015 numaralı oda tam anlamıyla küçücüktü. Odanın fiziki şartları da çok kötüydü: Televizyon çalışmıyordu, tuvalet kapısı kapanmıyordu ve duş giderinden rahatsız edici bir lağım kokusu geliyordu. Otelin tek olumlu yanı, merkezi sistem sayesinde içerisinin oldukça sıcak olmasıydı. İş seyahati nedeniyle konaklıyorum burada ancak maalesef adım atılacak gibi bir yer değil.
