I could not recommend this hotel more! It was comfortable, clean, friendly staff, security on site, and a beautifully maintained courtyard that was absolutely serene. The beds and comforters were so nice to get into after a long day of exploring the city. This was my favorite hotel in Guatemala and we have been to three different cities on this trip so far. Will be staying here next time I come to Antigua.

Nice hotel which located on walking distance of the center and within a quiete neighborhood. Personel and service are great.

Very cute hotel! Our room came with a kitchenette and 2 separate rooms inside, like a mini apartment. Loved it! The breakfast was delicious. Just wish their servings were a lot more. ;) Would give it 10 stars if I could.

Charming hotel with simple but adequate rooms with a cute terrace out front. A short walk from the centre of town, but nowhere is very far.

Súper recomendable. Just make sure to ask not be booked near the dinning area. It gets loud.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel is small compared to others, but clean, quiet, and I felt very safe around the area. Its a family hotel. I only wish the rooftop terrace was more organized and usable as it would be a beautiful area to chill during the day or at night.

Friendly staff, everyone was super helpful, we have a baby and they were warm and gave her so much attention. We will definitely come back.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was just outside the city centre but an easy walk. The road was quite noisy during the day, but we loved the outside area to have breakfast. The included breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. We found the hotel a little noisy because the windows and doors are straight on to the patio, where staff and other guests were chatting.

We had a 3 night stay and enjoyed the hotel and Antigua very much. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we got understood with the help of Google translate. We asked about a kettle and were given one which was helpful. They have 2 mugs and free water bottles in the room, plus the famous water clay eco filter water available. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower was good too. Remember to put out the make up room sign. I forgot one day, but they quickly arranged even though it was 3.30pm. We enjoyed the hot tub on our last day which was great. The breakfast are not large but the coffee was excellent. Still a charming hotel and good value overall. I would definitely recommend this little gem.

Clean and very cool!

The main woman, Angelica, was super helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were good and quick. We came back to Antigua after two weeks and went to Nico Hotel again. Our rooms were very clean (if a little small). Our first time we had an upstairs room that led directly out to the rooftop balcony. That was really nice. The water got hot after a couple of minutes of waiting for it.
Joseph, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Pros: - nice and comfortable room - very friendly staff - gorgeous property - walking distance to attractions Cons: - terrible wifi, even at public areas - non existent hot water - shower drain wasn't draining properly so it pools a little bit - good breakfast but very small portion. Maybe charge more for better portions? Would love to recommend this place, but the wifi situation is a deal breaker.

Mattress are hard and can feel spring. Says the people speak both English and Spanish. They only speak English. No elevator. Rooftop deck. Bathroom showers not clean. Given dirty hand towel.
