Tarafımıza verilen odanın genel durumu hijyen açısından kabul edilemezdi. Oda açıkça pisti, ağır ve rahatsız edici bir koku bulunuyordu ve temizlik standartlarına kesinlikle uygun değildi. Bu durumu derhal yetkililere iletmemize rağmen, soruna kalıcı ve tatmin edici bir çözüm sunulmadı. Sadece yüzeysel bir oda temizliği yapıldı; ancak koku ve hijyen problemi devam etti. Hava şartları ve saat nedeniyle başka bir konaklama imkânı bulamadığımızdan, tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen otelinizde kalmak zorunda bırakıldık. Bu durum hem fiziksel hem de psikolojik olarak bizi son derece rahatsız etti
