We had a fantastic time in Krakow! The hotel messaged me with a slight issue with my booking, however when they reached out they provided a solution to the “issue”. The riverview was spectacular, the restaurant and lobby bar were both great and all the staff were lovely. Parking was a little tight with a bigger SUV, but we managed to make it work. Both my husband and I agreed we would highly recommend the Qubus Krakow to any of our friends or family who may travel there!

Fantastic Hotel

Brilliant hotel right next to a main train station on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter. Lovely swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Clean amenities, friendly staff and glass bottles provided to fill with mineral water from a machine in the corridor.

I think the overall hotel was good but I’ve been in better 4* hotels. I was a bit disappointed that I put up the cleaning sign but only new towels were given. I have never been to a hotel where they don’t clean the room for 3 days. Breakfast was good but it was a little annoying trying to work out what everything was because there were no signs.

I wouldn't book this hotel Via Ebookers, because their system didn't recognize my reservation for 2 but instead when I arrived they said it was just for one but they could fix it for two if I paid~40euros. Because my phone internet was not functioning, I had to pay to get the room. Later when I could show them my reservation, they returned the money. However, the hotel was very nice, very clean and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Beds were comfortable (not too soft or too hard) and the small inside pool on the roof floor was very nice with beautiful view over the river.

L'hôtel est très propre avec des prestations haute gamme comme la piscine avec nage contre courant, un jacuzzi bien chaud face à la Wisla. Un sauna et Hammam au top. Salle de sport non utilisé. Fontaine à eau plate et pétillante. Restaurant bon et prix très compétitifs. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. L'hôtel mérite bien les 4 étoiles. L'accès à l'aéroport est direct via la gare à 8min à pied pour 20 zlotys (environ 5€)
