Internet was fine. The front staff was excellent! We needed to make a last-minute change to a different room and they were able to accommodate us. Rooms are big and clean. Love having coffee and tea in the room I would highly recommend two friends and family. However, be aware that the treehouse type rooms with the bunkbeds are extremely small, like staying in a hostel, and sharing the bathrooms.

Clean room, small but good. Good location. Thinner walls but I sleep with earbuds so it’s wasnt a problem. Clean bathrooms with showers that lock. Very very lovely and accommodating staff. Parking for I think $20 a day. After checking out, if you need to come back to use the shower (say if you have a late flight) that same day they will let you which was great.

The place was very clean, small rooms, TV Internet, morning coffee, tee free, worked fine for us. On the first floor there are no toilets inside private rooms, all shared, 24 rooms six showers /toilets plus 2 toilets only for potentially 50 people if there are 2 pers/room. That is crowed. During our stay max we had is 50 % occupancy ,so it was no problem. Good location.

The Polynesian Cabin double room has a bit of an odd layout since you have to climb a ladder to get into the bed. Overall, it’s fine for a one-night layover in Papeete.
