The whole experience from the start was awful! We picked our key up & couldn’t get through the key code so we had to contact reception. The guy came & was very rude! The heating wasn’t working & the whole place smelt of bleach, but wasn’t at all clean! When we were going out for the evening we couldn’t lock the door so again contacted reception & the same guy came out, using a screwdriver to get in! When we came back early hours after a night out, again had to contact reception as the door wouldn’t open. We had to leave the door unlocked all night as it was a fire hazard if we couldn’t get out! The heating wasn’t working so they had to get some radiators for us (that was dealt with by a different nice guy!) the fridge was so cold that it froze our sandwiches!! Would never stay in this apartment again!!! Awful!!!!

Mouldy Bed sheets & robbing deposits
Stayed here for a works Christmas do. Mouldy bed sheets and booming music all from another apartment till 8am in the morning. Paid £400 security deposit and still not received it back after being told I will received the payment back after leaving hotel clean tidy and no damages, called up numerous times and everyone advising the payment is on the way. Advised 3-5 working days for refund when I paid it and it’s 16 days later!

There was many elements of the room that was dated and in poor condition. Ie plug sockets that stated “DO NOT USE”, Curtains poles nearly falling off, doors on the bathroom didn’t shut or lock properly. The noise from the street was unbearable then we realised the next day that there was single glazed windows on the outside which were open and you could open the double glazed windows wide open which is a serious safety issue as people could fall out!!!
We also had to go to the Arthouse hotel for the key however the key didn’t work and they needed the locksmith to come out to sort it so we didn’t have a key to get back in and then we had to go back to the arthouse after our night out.
I’ve stayed in the signature living apartments/hotels before and they have all been ok however this apartment needs seriously renovating as the conditions were poor especially when you pay so much for the apartment. Would not stay here again.

Great location in Liverpool , apartment was very clean ,and tidy ,plenty of beds for a family or party gathering ,will book again
