Awesome customer service by Arturo and his team members Miguel and kitchen staff, cleaning staff.Food service very healthy and on point. Kitchen staff did everything to make us pleasant. Swimming pool team fantastic job with maintenance. Overall the best place for quiet time and very attentive. The place is fully covered with cool vibes. Highly recommend this place. Great stay! Beautiful location and pools. We loved the temazcal ceremony, floating breakfast, and signature dinner. Only snag was that the WhatsApp concierge number was not very helpful the couple of times we reached out to it because apparently the person who monitors it does not live on property. Better to visit the front desk in person if there is a question

Our stay here at this property was amazing! The service was outstanding and the staff were all so friendly, helpful and very professional. The food and the drinks that we enjoyed here were all so delicious and presented very well. We absolutely loved our floating breakfast! That and the meditation ceremony were our favorite! We were able to unplug and recharge here in our jungle villa. Biking to the local Cenotes were so much fun! This stay was fun, safe, and definitely an experience to be had!! Highlight of our trip!

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and we LOVED it. Beautifully designed and maintained, it’s hidden away in the jungle and promotes relaxation and calm. The staff were excellent, kind and caring, the food first class and the overall ambience like nothing we’ve experienced before. Both pools were breathtaking and the local cenotes are incredible. We’ve already urged our friends to visit and would stay here again in a heartbeat. 5* from us!!
