Stay was ok but 4 star rating seems a bit of a stretch Rooms were nice but very basic, had to move rooms after the first night as our toilet wouldn’t flush then the tv was broken in the room we were relocated to so not great

Great hotel in the heart of Manchester. Rooms very spacious with comfortable beds. Only slight downside was that there was only one small lift that was quite slow, meaning a bit of waiting at check out times if on one of the higher floors.

Love the property and location. Huge rooms and bathrooms. Funky, fun decor. My only complaints: the staff refused to store my luggage overnight and the lift seemed very rickety. I was concerned about getting stuck.
