When we got there we were greeted by a very brusque receptionist who wasn’t particularly friendly. The room was tired, is the best way to put it. The cabinets in the room were either covered in cigarette burns or plaster, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom door didn’t close.

I stayed at this hotel as I had a hospital appointment the day after and it was right next to the train station Liverpool lime Street just across the street. The hotel room was really clean and tidy. Everything you need for a single night or a longest day. The staff were fantastic very friendly and welcoming. I normally stay at another hotel in Liverpool but after staying here I can honestly say every time I come up, which is normally each month I will be staying here. I highly recommend it. It’s right next to Bars restaurant shops everything

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, rooms weren’t ready at the 3pm check in time stated. Was told to just hang around with no rough time given. We opted to just drop our bags off and return in the evening. Bedding had no covers for duvet or pillows, mould on the ceiling and Luke warm water for the shower. Great location so it’s just a shame the hotel is badly run and managed.
