The stuff was very nice and let us check in about 30 min earlier … but the room was not ready (bed was not made and looked like someone was still there). They gave us another room immediately. I stayed at this hotel as I had a hospital appointment the day after and it was right next to the train station Liverpool lime Street just across the street. The hotel room was really clean and tidy. Everything you need for a single night or a longest day. The staff were fantastic very friendly and welcoming. I normally stay at another hotel in Liverpool but after staying here I can honestly say every time I come up, which is normally each month I will be staying here. I highly recommend it. It’s right next to Bars restaurant shops everything

Great location and at least my expectations weren’t high based on other reviews but it wasn’t an amazing stay. They were in the middle of renovations so the halls were a bit of a mess. The room itself was ok but the bathroom didn’t feel very clean and there was no soundproofing hearing other guests in the hall and the lift moving all night long. It’s a reasonable price but not great

Hotel is in a good location and I appreciated the tv and coffee facilities in the room and the friendly staff but a few small things added up to it feeling unnecessarily shabby - the mattress was terrible - must have been decades old, mould in the bathroom, no shower gel, and nobody clearing away plates in the breakfast room or noticing that there's no mugs for coffee. The staff member was helpful when I asked but said "I THINK this mug is clean". It's a budget hotel so my expectations weren't high but it still felt lacking

When we got there we were greeted by a very brusque receptionist who wasn’t particularly friendly. The room was tired, is the best way to put it. The cabinets in the room were either covered in cigarette burns or plaster, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom door didn’t close.
