En general nos fue muy bien , lo único malo es que los restaurantes están súper llenos y eso que no era temporada alta nosotros nos quedamos con ganas de entrar a uno pero estuvimos formados x 45 min y la fila jamás se movió eso fue lo único malo

You get what you pay for
The whole place needs a revamp. It's fine for the price. Food is decent. Service is great. Beach is calm and enjoyable.

Horrible
Hôtel horrible, salle de bain avec odeurs d’égouts , chambre vétuste et moche, l’hôtel est sale . Le personnel est sympa pour certains pas tous . La bouffe est degueu toujours la même chose . La plage n’est pas nettoyée plein de sargasse, les piscines sont sales . Vraiment avis aux touristes ne venez pas dans cet hôtel ! En plus ils sont en travaux donc il y a du bruit. Vous trouverez bien mieux à Cancun passez votre chemin . Franchement j’étais écœurée j’avais vu les avis mais je n’en ai pas tenu compte . Je peux vous dire que tout est vrai c’est le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné dans ma vie .

No recomiendo que se hospeden en ese lugar
Instalaciones descuidadas el cuarto huele mal y que la coladera del baño solo tiene la rejilla pero no tiene la trampa, el teléfono viejo solo está de adorno por que no sirve no puedes llamar a recepción uno tiene que bajar personalmente a solicitar lo que uno necesite, la comida terrible poca variedad, y de mala calidad los guisos, el pollo se ve todo ensangrentado como golpeado se ve que lo que compran es de segunda

Manage expectations
I was a bit nervous after reading previous reviews on the Oasis Palm. But my advice would be, don’t be put off. I think the property is fair for the money. Yes there are things that I would change/improve, but other hotels will have this and be more expensive. You can’t expect to stay at an all inclusive at the lower end of the pay scale and expect 10/10 for everything. You always get what you pay for

Muy amables, lo único que no me gusta es que inviertas tiempo en las pláticas para comprar un tiempo compartido, como 2 horas, pero fuera de eso todo perfecto, los alimentos, los camastros, el mar

Exageradamente lleno de niños, la comida es pésima en todos los restaurantes, si requiere alguna bebida hay que hacer fila , el restaurante de comida italiana tarda demasiado para 4 sabores tanto en pizza como pasta . El servicio es pésimo y de mala gana . Albercas sucias , playa pequeña , si lleva niños es un Acapulco pequeño este tramo de Cancún

To start, the transportation and booking process can be very complicated. We left the airport and arrived at the wrong location. Luckily we met up with the same driver that dropped us off and he took us the proper location of Grand Oasis Palm free of charge. We checked in which took about 10-20 min as expected. Once we got into our room the first thing we noticed was how run down the room was. Had mold on the ceiling, a light falling out, the bed and couch have a cheap feel to them. It depends on expectations but for me when paying for an all inclusive I expect a room where I can relax and feel comfortable. The cheap feeling of the room gave me the opposite and just led me to feel like I didn’t want to spend too much time in there. Lastly on the room, the shower was a mess every time you would turn it on. There is a piece of glass acting as a curtain, but every time the shower was turned on it would cover the entire floor of the bathroom as well as splashing on the toilet. I asked the front desk and they told me all of the room had that same bathroom design which is an inconvenient design choice. The shower just came off dirty to me, and didn’t seem like it was taken care of. Staff were the biggest bright spot, from the front desk to the bar tenders they all had a professional and friendly attitude which was very pleasant. The buffets were rough though and complicated as the we weren’t told where to eat. Restaurants were pretty good actually. I believe the Mona was best.

I didn’t like that they offer all inclusive but still had to pay for buffet.
They offered kayaking on property but wouldn’t let us check it out, they said the kayaks are for the kayak racing they do daily.
Basketball court has recently been demolished and still on website.
