Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was old, broken and dirty. The door had a one inch gap at the bottom, the AC unit sound like a jet engine going on all night, the fridge compressor would not turn off, the mattress was lumpy and old, the white sheets and white towels were badly off white. I could go on but that says enough…never again!

Nothing about the room we had looked like the photo. Room had dirty carpet, I would not let anything touch the floor. I had to clean the handle on the fridge with my make-up wipe to put in the the refrigerables that we were traveling with. It was non-refundable by the time we checked in so I toughed it out to build up my immunities. Will never stay in an Extended Stay America Suite again, no matter where it is located. The grounds leading to the parking area were equally nasty, they were littered with cigarette butts and trash. Hotels.com should not offer this property. It will be difficult to trust the properties you offer going forward.

Property was decrepit. Carpet was stained. Countertops were stained. Microwave was stained. Refrigerator was stained. Bathtub was stained. Heat didn't work and room was cold. Blankets were thin. No extra pillows. No plates, silverware, or glasses provided in the kitchen. I could go on, but you get the idea. I chose this property b/c of its proximity to a business meeting the next morning and b/c I've had positive experiences at other Extended Stay America properties. This was a huge disappointment, and I I would not recommend it at all. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is an absolute nightmare. It’s a total dump from start to finish. The check in was brutal and when we finally got the room is stunk so bad of marijuana we left and vacated the hotel and got our money back. The place is run down and dirt everywhere. It’s obvious that the majority of rooms are used for immigrants on government assistance so beware. My advice is stay far away as I wouldn’t stay here even if the unit were for free.
