Great apartment (B-1501) with a stunning view and fantastic location nearby Mullet Bay beach. The staff was kind, and very helpful and quick to respond when requested. The room description on their own website (not hotels.com) was apparently not up-to-date (we were told by the staff) and therefore a bit misleading why some equipment was “missing” (at least according to their website). The drain in the showers smelled a lot some of the days randomly without any known reason. The kitchen could benefit from more cutlery since four people needed to run the dishwasher almost daily. Overall, the apartment was really nice. The obvious reasons for choosing this apartment is the fantastic view and short distance to Mullet Bay beach.

Good- looks exactly like the pictures, the elevator was a little tricky. Pool bar doesn’t open on sundays. The concierge leaves after 7. The casino across the street is only slot machines and a baccarat game. The security looks like he won’t be able to save you if you were to win and someone was to attempt to rob you. Property was clean but the water in the shower took a little long to get warm a point of time.

Seets and pillows had stains on them as if it wasn't changed before my arrival, the curtains didn't close all the way so at night the bright lights make it hard to fall asleep and neither the bedroom or living room tv work

The room was clean and the floor was quiet. Concierge was helpful. The only issue was the inconsistency with taxi pricing. It’s worth it to rent your own car while you’re there. They do offer rentals on the properties which is helpful and easy to get. Overall the stay was good as everyone was nice.

Excellent location. A 5 minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and 20 minute walk to Maho. Tons of delicious and multicultural restaurants 5-10 minutes away from this location. Super safe, 24/7 security and EXCELLENT onsite car rental options and concierge.

I’d say 4.5 stars. My sole issue was that my water wasn’t really working in the shower and it was the 2nd to last day by the time it got fixed (because of the weekend). Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the property. It’s super close to the beach, pool is open late, and very safe (I went solo). I would absolutely return!

Second time staying here and it was okay, my only gripe was the open shower and no soap rack in the shower. Also it was slow season the the restaurant wasn’t open.
