The staff were super friendly. Our room was so big and very clean. The bathroom had a huge closet with alot of storage. The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes glasses, cooking essentials. Very happy with our stay.

We checked in super late after we traveled from Fresno to do the Polar Express in Old Sac with our family. The staff was super nice and quick as well as the drive from old town sac less than 20 minutes. The place was super clean, quiet and our min suite had everything we could ever need for a night or couple of days. Highly Recommend this place to everyone!

Disappointment

At first the room looked nice but found that the lights were not working until we 'accidentally' found the switch that allowed the lights to work. The lamp did not work until we discovered it had been plugged into the wrong wall outlet (the top outlet was the only active one that we discovered). The TV would not work until we discovered it had been unplugged. The coffee pot would not work until we discovered someone had disconnected the tube connecting the water to drain into the coffee recepticle. When these issues were discussed with who we thought was the manager his response was "well, these things happen"...... Really ????? No apology. Anyway we will not be returning anytime soon.

On Saturday night at 10 pm the fire alarm went off for a room that was unoccupied and was a false alarm. The night clerk had trouble disarming it. The next evening, or maybe Monday night, local police needed to be called to the property for an unspecified reason. When it is windy outside, the vent in the bathroom shrieks and the door needs to be closed.
