We enjoyed our stay at the West. There's no shortage of shopping and food options within walking distance of the hotel. If you are looking for 'Beer Street' it's just one block away. The staff was very helpful. They even assisted us around our other excursion to and from Ha Long Bay. We would stay there again.

We arrived very early in the morning and although the hotel was full they lead us to a private spot so we could rest and offered us a free breakfast. The staff are absolutely the best here and could not have been more helpful. Comfortable room, great shower and very convenient to surroundings. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way

We stayed at The West for 8 days as our last stop of our 95 day SE Asia adventure. I have to say it was within the top 3 hotels we stayed in throughout our journey and we stayed in some pretty nice places. The staff was the most welcoming, efficient and kind, our room was very comfortable, from the bed to the shower and the breakfast was delicious. The location cannot be beat as it is in the middle of the Old Quarter and made everything very walkable. Thank you to everyone at The West for making our final days of our trip so memorable.

Hotel was very good, located at the heart of the old quarter and walking distance to most tourist spots. My room was very spacious for one person, with big bathroom and balcony facing the city, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also good because it was included with your stay and you have the option for few cooked breakfast if you wish to. My stay was much nicer because of the staff that are helpful and kind most specially Chloe and Long Bee(not sure if this is his real name)😊. My experience with the hotel and its staff have been great and if I will be given a chance to go back to Hanoi I would not hesitate to book with them again. For those looking for hotel to stay in Hanoi old district, I would highly recommend using them. Great service and value for money. Again thank you very much.🙏❤️😊

旧市街にあり、どこに行くのも便利です。金曜土曜日曜の夜は目の前の通りで夜市があります。今回、4泊しました。クィーンサイズのベッドが２つの部屋で広々としてました。部屋には，シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、ハンドソープ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーがあります。無料でいただける水のボトルがあるので、毎日フロント前の浄水器からリフィルするのは無料です。無料の朝食もついてます。バイキング形式で種類が豊富で、とてもおいしかったです。オムレツ、パンケーキ、フォーなどは注文すると作ってくれます。 とにかく、ホテルのスタッフは、とても親切で、にこやかで、楽しい滞在でした。チェックインの際のスタッフは、英語が上手で丁寧に説明してくれました。1つだけ気になったのは、やはり南国ならではの虫です。部屋には甘いものは置いてないんですが、紙コップの中の水に小さいありがたくさん入ってました。なので、食べ物を部屋に置いとくのはかなり気をつけたほうがいいです。

The West is in a great location in Hanoi, on top of everything. The road turns into a market at weekend, was no problem at all and great to have on your doorstep. Mick the manager is very helpful as is Leo and the rest of the team. Room was lovely and we stayed in Room 401 with a great view of street from balcony. Plan to visit Hanoi in April next year and would definitely book again.

Fugtigt med ok service

Vi måtte flytte hotel da vi intet vindue havde, det stod ikke noget sted, og aircondition var aggressiv men fjernede ikke fugt, så der var kontant en vådt lag på gulvet. Vi brugte ikke morgenmaden, fordi det hele var lidt fugtigt på hotellet. Gaden er ekstremt central men ikke det værd.
