I just stayed 4 days here and I LOVED IT. Albee the worker was beyond amazing in every single way and made sure we had the best trip ever! It was very quiet when I went I was only one in pool every day and the rooms are what you pay for. Nice air conditioning and everything you need for beach vacation. The roof top is very nice and I will be coming back every time!

Waited a week before the date and paid $250 total. Another couple there booked 6 weeks in advance and paid $117 which is Ok. Book early. I had little or no choice but to pay a premium. Good location one block from the Boardwalk and beautiful beach. Ok for one night.

I was in room 104. The room look nothing like the room they had posted online. I believe their friends live in the nice rooms. I have pictures that I can send you guys. That room was horrible holes in the wall. Everything was terrible

The front desk lasy wad so rude! I would never come here again. There was a roach in our room we had to kill and had no towels when we checked in. When we checked we weere told we had to leave the property immeditaly and we couldnt wait for our ride

Rooms in need of deep cleaning, never been in a motel that didn’t have a room phone, manager never in office. Has a ring doorbell that I had rang twice to receive toilet paper that manager shut off alert and never came to door.. pay $18 a day for cleaning which they never done. They do not put wash rags in room. Left only 2 towels. Had to track mgr down to receive towels for next day. Was extremely noisy and people fighting outside at 2am. Only thing good was being close to beach and boardwalk. I do NOT recommend this property!

I checked in at around 1 am after flying in for a 7 hour layover in Fort Lauderdale. The person manning the desk wasn't there and I had to wait like 10 minutes of ringing the office bell before he finally woke up and come out. There was no towels in my room so I had to shower and dry myself with a t-shirt. In terms of cleanliness, the room was gross, the top of the fridge looked like it had never been cleaned before.

Manager was nice i feel bad given this review but my room wasn't what i thought i was getting for the price i paid. I see that they seem to be doing renovation but my room did not look like the pictures. I had no sofa,walls where dirty, beds where old and dirty. It smelled like an ashtray. Refrigerator was rusted and dirty. I was very discouraged with the room. My daughter wanted to spend the night on the beach for her birthday so i didn't complain to the Manager whilebi was there we just made the best of it.

Location is AMAZING! Otherwise the photographer for their advertising is amazing… hotel in person not at all as advertised. Charged for my husband’s service animal. BYO toilet paper, BYO paper towels, sponges for kitchen sink. Roaches the size of small cars outside, and cracks under the door almost large enough for them to spend the night with you.

So, I rated this place 4 out of 5 stars because I read the other reviews and I knew what to expect. We only needed a safe, clean place to stay for 1 night before a cruise and we wanted to be right by the beach to check it out. In other words, bare bones was fine with us. Mission accomplished. The gentleman who checked me in was nice and friendly. Check in was quick. The room was very bare bones, but AC pumped out that cold air! If you think you’ll be able to cook there, think again. There was almost no supplies, as in pots, pans, silverware. There is a fridge and a microwave and a good size flat screen TV. I will say the photos are a bit deceiving. The room is not as nice looking in person, but it still had the things we needed. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower were clean. Oh!!! IMPORTANT: was not expecting the posted sign in the bathroom saying DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER, PLACE IN TRASH CAN. Made me feel like I was in old Mexico, not the US! That was a bit much for me. The swimming pool is small but very clean. Hope this helps others make an informed decision. Being RIGHT on the beach and the low price were deciding factors for us. The beach is beautiful and literally a 2 min walk. Area felt 100% safe!

Great location. Older property. The room we were in was redone. Probably could of done a little more painting. Some of the wall plugs did not work. But to stay close to the boardwalk it was perfect!! Sams the owners are very nice people.
