This is a lovely hotel very well situated in the walked historic part of cartagena. Very nice rooms with an excellent bed, linens and spacious bathrooms. It has a small pool to relax in after walking the town and two jacuzzi tubs that you can reserved. The staff was very accommodating and remembered us when we came back for a second stay.

The hotel is in a great location and a charming colonial building. Service and food are good. The so-called "superior" rooms, though, are thoroughly unpleasant: they are interior rooms that receive no natural light, so they feel claustrophobic, and the bathroom is tiny. Don't book those - go for a "premium" room, which has better light.
