On a street with nice coffee shops about a half mile walk to the center of Coyoacan, this is a well priced place with a friendly staff. It is, however, right next to a school playground so be prepared for loud school kids in the AM.

This charming small hotel is excellently situated in the heart of Coyoacan. Our large room was beautiful and very comfortable. It had a mini-fridge, a standing fan and a safe. We had access to several sitting areas and a full kitchen. It worked perfectly for our family group of four adults.

Todo 10 de 10, limpieza 8

En general estuvo super bien, de las personas en recepcion recibimos muy buena atención de los 3 jovenes, serviciales y atentos, nuestra habitacion era de 2 camas king, muy comoda, los servicios como agua, luz e internet estuvieron bastante bien, la ubicacion excelente, en la limpieza si no fue optima, pedi que barrieran y trapearan por que llevaba niños y cuando de repente andaban descalzos, los piecitos quedaban negros, habia restos de uñas como que las personas anteriores se cortaron las uñas. No barrieron ni trapearon y ya no lo volvi a pedir, eso si, todos los dias nos hicieron las camas, pero los 5 dias nos dejaron mismas toallas y mismas sabanas, creo que por lo menos 1 o 2 cambios de toallas y 1 de sabanas habria estado bien, por cuestiones de higiene. Fuera de eso, debo decir que en general la estancia fue comoda, tranquila, el personal bastante amable y amigable, empatico, atento, el lugar agradable, la cocina limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, se descansa bien y tiene una excelente ubicacion. Si volvere a hospedarme en Casa Real definitivamente.

Buena experiencia en general. Las habitaciones tienen el tamaño justo. Por lo mimo de encontrarse en un espacio relativamente reducido, se escucha bastante el ruido de las personas al pasar, los coches al salir o de la propia avenida.
