Hotel location is very good closed to Zocalo and lots of amenities. Easy transportation to Zocalo metro. Lots of food and bakery shop around the hotel. Room is very spacious and in clean condition. I booked a driver on the website of welcome pickups but the assigned driver did not show up. The front desk staff and on duty manager helped me to call a taxi and send us to the airport. Thank you very much for your kind help. We will come back in the future.
