The location was what we liked the most. We had a very bad taxi experience. we waited 45 minutes for a taxi that didn't turn up. The front desk staff were the ones to use the taxi button and then 45 minutes later when we were supposed to be at our appointment the staff came over and told us that the taxi was 20 minutes away.!!!! we were not happy.

Ocean Plaza Resort is my go to whenever I feel life getting on top of me. It's my place to recharge, relax and remember what I'm grateful for. I have been visiting Ocean Plaza for a few years now and I would live here in a heartbeat. The staff are exceptional. Friendly faces every time we stay. The rooms are sensational. Very central hotel no need for the car as everything is walking distance. Only down fall, in a 2 bed room unit only one aircon in the lounge room. The fan in the main room was shockingly slow. Summer would defiantly be interesting.
