Great idea, it’s a shared condo basically. Hotel guests get one entrance the residents have a separate entrance. No front desk, but when you call or text the number they are very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, food, shopping and liquor store with in walking distance, downtown is a $6-8 Lyft ride away. Would stay here again.

Room was filthy, dirty carpet, hair in the shower. Parking was a mess. The noise was the worst of it though. The parking pass wouldn’t allow the gate to open to get to the controlled parking garage. Had to wait for someone else to go in and follow them before the gate closed. Then the designated parking was like 10 levels up which takes forever.
