We chose this hotel due to location as walking distance to shops & to public transport. Pool was great and ability to book shower room to use on day of check out as an added bonus as we had a late flight out so we’re able to leave luggage after checking out & come back and get refreshed before heading to the airport. We reserved a family room at the property as we were a party of 3. The mattress on the beds were horrible, sleeping on wood be more comfortable. They offered us a deluxe room, but it would not accommodate our kid. We had to look for a new property immediately as it was impossible to sleep on the beds. After traveling for over 25 hours a comfortable beds is much needed. We had no choice but to book ourselves in another hotel, and we checked out within an hour of checking In. We are requesting a full refund of our charges that were prepaid because they refused to give us any refund. If the room and the beds were not so crappy, we would have stayed, but they were simply way too uncomfortable for us to even sleep a single night.
