All of the staff were very attentive throughout the stay and were so quick to help with any queries we had. We were able to fit in a massage which was truly out of this world! Beautifully designed hotel in a great location. Staff is super kind and helpful. Only down side is the breakfast which is charged about $40/p and is not at the level for Asia. The other hotel on the same group in Beijing (The PuXuan) offers a more complete and refined buffet in comparison. Outside of that, we highly recommend this hotel!
