This property is located on high elevation delivering awesome views to the ocean. You must upgrade to ocean views to enjoy the ocean as well as neighboring island, Bali. Our stay in the hotel was perfect! Everything was clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room has a private pool and a nice beach view. We also tried the Spa and it was a great relaxing experience. The food in the restaurant and also the breakfast buffet was tasty. The beach area by the hotel is beautiful! You just have to be aware that you are a little out of the city. There are 3-4 restaurants on the beach. But with Grab you can easily get to more places.

We booked a trip for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9) and were only provided one bed. We got a terrible folding bed after complaining. We were made to sign a waiver of liability for injury or death of our children, because the hotel was not suited for children. We booked an all inclusive package and were met with the message that tap water was all that was included besides meals. Only after several complaints to you and the hotel, did they agree to include non alcoholic beverages. This is not all inclusive. This is full board. When you pay significant money for all inclusive, you don’t expect to have to pay for a (not very good) coffee and a local beer. The view is amazing and the staff is generally friendly. They are not at fault for poor management.
