Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean exactly what we expected except maybe a little bit small. We had dinner in the area. It was great we just walked. We walked to the green space in the morning that it’s right next to super beautiful and more delicious lunch there Italian place near there was wonderful.

The room was noisy due to the bins being emptied late at night - we asked to be moved and we were only moved one floor up in the same position so still had the noise from the bins. The staff was really helpful and the hotel itself was nice. We had an issue with our room and they upgraded us to a nicer room. The breakfast buffet was normal for a hotel soggy bacon and sloppy scrambled eggs. I would stay away from their onsite restaurant Cayote. First they didn't have an basic item on the menu, then they screwed up the order and forgot to bring cutlery. It was not a very good experience.

We enjoyed Medano as a location to start the holiday - buzzy little town which had a festival while we were there. The hotel was right in the heart of it, and we loved getting in to the sea from the sun deck. Finally found a parking spot quiet a few blocks away and had to push the case through the busy pedestrian areas. Our triple sea view room was looking back over to the harbour, and was nice.
