Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean exactly what we expected except maybe a little bit small. We had dinner in the area. It was great we just walked. The staff was really helpful and the hotel itself was nice. We had an issue with our room and they upgraded us to a nicer room. The breakfast buffet was normal for a hotel soggy bacon and sloppy scrambled eggs. I would stay away from their onsite restaurant Cayote. First they didn't have an basic item on the menu, then they screwed up the order and forgot to bring cutlery. It was not a very good experience.

Hotel Taburiente, Santa Cruz - Excellent

Our stay as a couple was excellent. There were only a couple of minor things that we found not good was that there were no where reachable to hang your bath towels, there was no soap dish in the bathroom and also there were no places to hang up dresses and longer items of clothing. Other than those few things everything was fantastic - 100%. The food was superb. We definitely would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

Excellent location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was not easy to find on the street, or book with the hotel. They have a few places in their own car park. We used the underground car park just down the road. €12/day but easy to find and there was always a place. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Very nice, small cozy city hotel in a nice district with many restaurants in the area overlooking a beautiful park. Beautiful roof top terrace and pool. Gym is small but works well. The garage is not practical since it is very small and difficult to maneuver in, especially if you have a larger car. Staff is helpful and rooms are OK.

The room and the bathrooms were very basic and furniture was quite old and would require updating. The staff was rude and not professional.
