Clean room. They make it clear they do not clean everyday which is not a problem when your are not a dirty person :) I would recommend you do not stay in the first floor (as I did) due to the noise from the bar nearby. The location makes it easy to get to the Buenos Aires Bus (yellow hop on hop off) and the area is quite walkable. It is easy to get to the Port if you plan going to Uruguay (which I did) and there are many restaurants nearby and a convenience store open 24 hours.
