This is the best hotel to stay at in Vancouver. The staff are always super friendly, welcoming and helpful, the rooms and decor are gorgeous, and the whole vibe is warm and luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and everything is always cleaned super well. The food through the Dahlia restaurant is great, so room service is a great perk. Lastly, Alex is the main concierge, and he is WONDERFUL. I visited the hotel a year ago with my mother and he remembered me on my second visit, even remembering where I visited from and where I worked. He arranged for a special birthday treat for her and is full of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. This is my go-to hotel for Vancouver—thank you team!!
