Breakfast was fantastic I upgraded the room but had no chocolates and only one pair of slippers in the room which was disappointing I also prepaid for the room but the cost has been taken out of my bank account as well so had to call for a refund which isn’t so good. If I hadn’t checked I would have paid for the room twice. However the hotel etc was exceptional for the stay.
