Beautiful grounds, well manicured and staff attentive. Views were spectacular and one of a kind. Volcano views and evening town lights were magical. Volcanic group hike was challenging but definitely worth it. Our tour guide was excellent and well informed. Only regret was not staying longer.

The places was beautiful full of nature and friendly staff members. The only thing I didn’t like was that they had no WiFi and had a wedding during my stay which was very hard to Find a table at the restaurant not to mention it was very crowded and nearly impossible to enjoy the views.

The staff was nice, the view was great. The hotel lacks a little care and small essential items: Bottled water more frequently, toilet paper, way more towels needed and more food and snack options would've been greatly appreciated. We constantly had to ask for every single thing and the lqck of wifi and signal in the rooms was annoying.
