Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

If you are looking for standards akin to the U.S. this is not a 4*. I learned that maintenance is often lax here in general, and that was the case at this hotel. I’ll start by saying no cockroaches or spiders which is huge, but cleanliness was subpar. My room needed repainting. I used napkins and water to clean filthy light switches/railing, and the fridge smelled. The terrace was big and had nice furniture, but the door to it was half off its hinges requiring a hard slam to close, with the spiral staircase railing to it wobbly. The sauna is not operable, though I did see staff checking the pool chemicals. The elevators used to have room card activation, now not working, though front desk is manned. Power is expensive here so hall lights are motion activated, which means very dark hallway until you pass the activation sensor. Felt like they were trying hard to make breakfast nice. Kitchen room (microwave, larger fridge and sink) will get 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks/spoons with no means of washing them nor no kettle available (I asked). Having said all that, the price was very reasonable - fair for what was offered. Just dial down expectations.

A propriedade tem bom tamanho, mas o quarto é minúsculo, o banheiro não permite que vc sente no vaso, o box é colado, tem cerca de 30cm entre o vaso e a pia para passar para o box, é absolutamente terrível. O banho é um chuveiro elétrico péssimo. Eu jamais me hospedaria lá de novo, a experiência de usar o banheiro é terrível, o banho é vergonhoso. O sono também é péssimo pois o quarto, muito diferente das fotos, tem a cama enfiada em um canto, colada na parede. Não consigo insistir o suficiente como o banheiro é pequeno, proibitivamente pequeno. Em relação ao apartamento, claramente foi reformado, com os materiais mais baratos possíveis, e com mão de obra péssima, o piso bem mal assentado, o revestimento do banheiro é uma massinha que imita cimento queimado, mas que dá pra ver os ladrilhos anteriores embaixo, a sensação é pior que barata, é desleixada. O café da manhã é bem simples, nada extraordinário, mas foi o ponto alto da estadía. O apartamento ao lado parecia estar reformando, domingo 9h da manhã começou barulho de serra. Não recomendo a estadia a absolutamente ninguém.

Tive uma das piores experiências de hospedagem que já vivi e considero importante registrar. Ao chegar, o quarto não possuía sequer cabides. Ao solicitar na recepção, uma das atendentes demonstrou total descaso no atendimento. Além disso, foi solicitado um cartão adicional para acesso ao quarto (para outro hóspede), e fomos informados de que só seria fornecido mediante pagamento — algo incomum e inadequado para o padrão esperado.
