I enjoy staying at the Tynemouth Castle. One comment - when I went to my room, the windows were open and the heating had not been switched on. The room was freezing cold, and after I figured out how to switch on the radiator and towel rail, it took a while before I could take my coat off. It would be nice if you prepared the room ahead of check-in.
