The building is centrally located to many of the places we wanted to visit. This was our second stay in this building and the room was nicer than our last, but we were with a larger group and needed 3 bedrooms last time. This was a studio apartment. The only negatives were the shower wand holder was broke, so I had to tie with a wash cloth to get it to stay up, the bed was hard and not comfortable (fairly common here), and when we checked in one of the access keys di not work (the property owner cleared this up fairly quickly). I have rented many places in HCM and this was ok. I would stay again, but might bring something to make the bed more comfortable.
