Our stay was going well until we were unable to get any hot water in the morning. We were told there was a problem with the boiler when we went down for breakfast, and then with the gas supply when were returning to our room after breakfast. So we were unable to have a shower, and my wife was planning to wash her hair ahead of our visit to relatives. It is totally unacceptable that we were unableto wash and shower and we asked for a full refund when checking. We wait to hear from Crowne Plazza customer relations team.
