Although the hotel is about 1.6 miles from the town center, the view more than makes up for it. Getting into town was easy with readily available Ubers and taxis, and tours and transfers conveniently included the hotel on their routes. A good breakfast was included; however, unlike some hotels, they do not offer a packed breakfast for early departures, so a bit of planning is needed. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily return.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with our every need. They did our laundry, called us taxis, helped us with dinner reservations and bar needs, as well as move one of our rooms to the first floor when we had a group member have an accident in Torres Del Paine and need a first floor room due to a leg injury. The rooms were neat and clean and the property was beautiful. There is a little restaurant on the water just a short walk away along the coast and the food was amazing. The hot tubs were awesome but needed to be reserved in advance - highly recommend. This was an amazing hotel and the staff were top knotch.
