Großes Zimmer sauberen Betten und bequemer matratzen wir waren zu 3 in einem Zimmer , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ausname mit der Dusche und Toletten Raum, Es gab nicht genügend ablage raum ,und Zu dunkel Dusche hat nicht funktioniert weil Duschekopf total verkalk war , insgesamt Badezimmer müssen sie mehr acht geben..das habe ich auch weitergegeben, ich bin sieher in zukunft das auch beseitigen...vielen dank an die hotelpersonal... Preis verhältniss war sehr gut ,zuvor kommende p ersonal hilfsbereit, freundlich. Das Hotel war insgesamt schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.. Das Frühstück war vielseitig ung frisch und lecker

I'm leaving a review of my short stay in Korea. The hotel manager was very friendly, and the cave-style room was a unique and different experience. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's elevated location meant we didn't have to climb up to the observatory to enjoy the hot air balloon view in the morning. The manager was always attentive and cared for us until we returned home safely, which was very impressive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for your service.

Pessimo

Le foto delle camere presenti sui principali siti di prenotazione sono fuorvianti. La realtà è ben diversa. Sapevamo che la camera sarebbe stata "dentro la roccia" ma non aspettavamo un livello di comfort così basso per una sistemazione pagata tra l'altro come Deluxe.Molto buia, con solo una piccola finestra che dà su un'entrata che serve come deposito per il personale delle pulizie, quindi un gran disordine di roba accatastata permanentemente davanti all'ingresso della camera. Nella camera, dove è sempre presente un odore di chiuso e di umidità, ci sono tappeti e un divano, assolutamente inutili nonché ricettacoli di polvere, sporcizia e cattivo odore. All'interno non ci sono lampadari ma solo poche luci fioche. La pulizia scarsa. Abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel in Turchia e tutti erano più puliti. Qui la pulizia giornaliera consiste solo nel cambiare gli asciugamani e svuotare i cestini. Non hanno mai pulito il bagno. E la camera non era pulita nemmeno all'arrivo. Non esistono sedie o sgabelli per mettere i bagagli, né armadi, attaccapanni o ganci, nemmeno in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani (salvo un termo-arredo). In bagno non ci sono appoggi se non una minuscola mensola sopra al lavandino. L'aria condizionata scarica l'acqua direttamente sul pavimento del bagno. Dalle pareti di roccia "nuda" cadono pezzi di ghiaia e polvere su letto e comodini. Manca il mini-frigo. Manca il televisore. La colazione inizia alle 8,30, troppo tardi. Gradini rotti nelle aree comuni.

This cave hotel is a good value for the price. It is wonderfully located and the staff are friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful with bookings, information, recommendations, etc. There are multiple outdoor spaces with wonderful views of the fairy chimneys, and many of the hot air balloons travel directly over the hotel. The breakfast is lovely with plenty of offerings. However, we stayed in room "106 The Pigeon Room" which had a very bad odor throughout our 4 day stay, so we cannot recommend this particular room. Our traveling companions did not have any problems with their room.

Terrific Turan

Our stay was great. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Spoke great English, which helped. They let us hang out there even before we'd checked in and after we'd checked out. Offered free tea at times too. The room was, overall, really good. With it being a cave there was a weird element of it feeling damp but.... it's a cave, so it's to be expected. The terrace had great views and loads of cushions everywhere. Some pla ks of wood needed fixing on steps, so watch your footing but these are small things. The breakfast was a feast! And it's just off the main stretch so a little quieter.

This was a wonderful cave experience in Cappadocia. Location is central, very walkable with plenty of dining options and shops for souvenirs. Hotel itself was a unique cave, and the rooftop is beautiful with stunning views of the balloons at sunrise. Breakfast is also convenient and has good options. I recommend this for solo travelers, couples, and small families.

Authentic Cave a little too authentic.

Although the cave experience was a great novelty, the shower created a lot of mess because there was no enclosure. Also the lack of air condition in such an environment makes it a bit stuffy and uncomfortable.

Un soggiorno unico in una vera caverna

Ho scelto il Turan Cappadocia Cave Hotel per la sua posizione centrale e per il fascino di poter soggiornare in una camera ricavata in una vera caverna — e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero caratteristica e suggestiva! La stanza era molto spaziosa, con poltrone, tavolino, un comodo angolo tè e caffè e una vasca da bagno molto graziosa. Tuttavia, trattandosi di una caverna, è normale avvertire un po’ di umidità e un leggero odore nell’ambiente. Unico punto migliorabile: il personale della reception, che potrebbe mostrarsi più empatico e accogliente. Nel complesso, è un’ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere qualcosa di diverso e immergersi nell’atmosfera unica della Cappadocia. La colazione è variata e abbondante, servita a partire dalle ore 8:30.

Pros : Excellent location Rocky the dog ❤️ Cons : First we got a room that was not cleaned properly and full of BED BUGS !! didn't even slept properly that night and my wife had rashes. The receptionist guy at first said they cannot change the room and can only clean them. But later they changed the room. Unfortunately, there too we saw dead bed bugs. we requested to change the bedsheets everyday so didn't had problems with bed bugs (may be they are still there). May be this is the case with all "cave" hotels in the area because of no ventilation or natural light in the room.
