Great location! Room was clean, ample space and the air conditioning worked great. Only complaint about the room was it was tricky to get the water temperature to a good temp and the water pressure was non existent which made it difficult to rinse your hair. My wife and I have traveled around the world. This hotel is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It is heaven on earth. If you go to Isla and want peace and quiet plus being near town you have to stay here. The owners own restaurants on Isla which are great! Lily at Ballyhoo Blue was such a great hostess and the food and location were exceptional!! Prove me wrong!!! You can’t!!! Will be back soon!!

Room was nice, beds were not. Room 4 was kinda noisy, being right next to office with loud slamming doors and giggling staff early in the morning. Luckily it died down at night.The location is perfect, staff nice enough, shout out to Franco,wish the pool was heated but not a complaint. This is our favorite hotel on Isla Mujeres and we will be back, just will ask for a room other than #4.
