My family and I had so much fun staying there as it gives comfy and family friendly hotel to stay in. We are happy how accessible parking slots to our room. And also their hot pools were amazing very nice to dip in while the weather is wintry.

Stayed in 2 hotels in Banff, one a little bit closer and this one. This hotel was amazing compared to the other one. Even though it was 500m further out, I would recommend highly. Also free underground parking was a bonus.
