Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Tulum. You can walk to all the hotspots in South Tulum. The room was stunning, and the staff was attentive and friendly communicated via WhatsApp for all our needs during our stay, including setting up transportation to and from the airport can’t wait to be back!

I LOVED the property and the room. Perfect for solo travelers (like myself) and romantic getaways. The location was in the middle of what I like to call Hotel Row. It is like the Vegas strip but between the ocean and jungle. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff (Arantxa, Diego, Carlos, Ricardo, and Eliseo) were well organized and prepared. They provided menus ahead of my arrival. Breakfast was delicious and the food is good. The staff assisted in arranging my transportation to and from the hotel as well as my excursions: 1) Tulum Mayans and 2) Cenotes, which was the highlight of my trip. During my stay the hotel hosted a party featuring a Tulum favorite DJ and the last night of my stay they hosted a movie night (The Pursuit of Happyness). I will definitely return again whether alone, with a bae, or with family/friends.

The hotel looked amazing, and when I read the reviews, I saw some people oddly complaining that kids weren’t allowed—even though it’s clearly an adults-only hotel. Others mentioned the music on weekends from the beach club—but honestly, that’s exactly what made it perfect for us. During the weekdays, it was quiet and felt super luxurious with no music, just peaceful vibes. We had a beachfront room with a private pool, free parking, and breakfast included—it almost felt too good to be true, but it wasn’t. The beach club right at the edge of our pool felt like real luxury, and while it might not be for everyone, it was definitely our kind of vibe. The whole operation runs smoothly, the upkeep is excellent—they even clean and rearrange the beach furniture daily. Breakfast had both hearty and light options, with fresh juices and a great coffee selection. The staff was super friendly, multilingual, and easy to reach, which made us feel really welcome and safe. They host daily events like Pilates and volleyball, and the Sunday beach club was lively and fun.
