The best service amd food

We stayed there 5 nights. They immediately greeted and offeredu cappicino and hot cocoa and cookies which they brought to our room several times throughout our stay. The breakfast is outstanding. The offered to make us omelets which werent on buffet. Kind friendly and superior service with affordable price. Would definately nook again.

This property is right across from a park and the streets outside get busy early on in the day. That was very appealing to us because we got to see first hand how the locals go about their daily routines. Public transport is easily accessible. The staff were very polite and respectful and did their best to communicate with us and I appreciated that so much! Musab at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and never hesitated to help us with our luggage or anything else we needed. There was a young woman with dark hair and blonde highlights who initially checked us in who was very helpful as well. Thank you all so much for making our stay at the Park Hotel pleasant and memorable!

The location was very convenient for the metro (Aksaray) which we didn't use, and for the T1 tram (Yusufpaşa stop) which we used daily and took us to all the key places in the city centre. I'd selected the hotel on the basis of its closeness (110m) to the destination stop of the HVL-1 transfer coach from the airport but, unfortunately, local works meant the coach stopped on the opposite side of the road which was less convenient with heavy luggage. The hotel staff had limited English but were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, though not entirely to our English tastes. The balcony of our room on the top floor gave excellent views over the adjacent park and we enjoyed sitting out and watching the life below. Though the traffic on the adjacent road was ceaseless, the double-glazed door kept the noise outside. The room was quite cramped having a large chair which presumably provided an extra bed if required. Our bed was, made up as a double, was clean and comfortable. A security safe in the cupboard was useful for storing laptop, passports, money, etc. We enjoyed our 3-night stay in Istanbul (prior to joining a cruise) and would not hesitate to re-book The Park Hotel if returning. It's clean, comfortable and very convenient.

Nous trouvons que beaucoup de personnes s'arrêtent devant l'hôtel à discuter ou démarcher jusqu'à tard dans la nuit...la propreté laisse à désirer. L'accueil reste à améliorer surtout au niveau du petit déjeuner même s'il y'a la barrière de la langue, un peu de sourires et un petit bonjour font plaisir. Concernant les chambres, les draps et surtout les couvertures sont petits par rapport au lit
