We loved our stay at Casa Londres! Great location, very walkable to nearby restaurants and sightseeing. Quiet area, but just a short walk down it's a more lively neighborhood. Our room was nice, spacious, and clean. Staff was always friendly and welcomed and always greeted with a smile. Don't miss out on the tacos across the street by the 7/11!!

This is possibly one of the worst experiences I have had while traveling. I had booked a room with a balcony, but when we got to the room it was on the second floor where anyone somewhat athletic could climb onto the balcony. Not to mention the lock on the balcony door didn't work so anyone could open it from the outside. It was also extremely loud at all times because there is a nightclub/bar across from the location and the rooms had no soundproofing. After getting no sleep and complaining for 3 nights, we were able to get moved up to the 6th floor. Wilson, the concierge, was the only helpful person during our stay. However, the 6th floor also had its problems. Only the rooms with beds have actual blackout shades, so if you are planning on having someone sleep on the pullout couch it is very hard because it is very bright. Also, neither of the rooms had remotes that worked for the TVs. Not to mention how thin the walls are, you can hear everything in the hallway from your room. Overall terrible experience, and would not recommend to anyone.

The staff was wonderful! We were there for a week. Had a 7 eleven across the street for whatever we needed. You could hear the music from the bar across the street at night but didn't bother us at all. The washing machine was a life saver! Wish we would have spent more time on the terrace and jacuzzi. The place was easy to find, it has a great location. I think overall it was a good option except it is located close to a nightlife area and I could hear the loud music from the clubs until 5 am.

Terrible experience, not recommended at all. ZERO. They have NONE customer service oriented. Apparently, their only mission is to charge double or even triple charges for using a dirty room, with excessive heat and a lot of noise around. Their staff is trained not to provide any service to the guest. Regrettable.
